Shipping and delivery

Postage costs

All products are sent by parcel post with DHL, for delivery within the Netherlands the rate is a maximum of €5.75 per package.

Products that can go through the letterbox are sent by letterbox post, the rate for which is €3.95

Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping to other countries is possible, email info@theebrouwerij.nl for rate information.

Delivery times

Delivery will take place within 5 working days after receipt of payment, barring special circumstances. Do you still want to place an urgent order? Please contact us at info@theebrouwerij.nl or via the contact form.

Packaging

The tea brewery reuses packaging as much as possible. To deliver as sustainably as possible, suppliers’ boxes are used. The fragile products are carefully packaged.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with the delivered items? Or is there something wrong with the product? Then you have the option to return your items. Unfortunately, the tea cannot be returned.

All products can be returned within 7 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order. The items must be in their original, undamaged and unused condition.

The Brewery does not accept returns without sufficient postage. Costs and risks of return shipment are borne by the buyer. Once the return shipment has been received by Theebrouwerij, the refund amount will be refunded no later than 30 days after the return.

Pay

At Theebrouwerij you pay via Ideal. During the payment process you will be redirected to your bank’s payment environment. Here you must then choose your bank to pay via internet banking. The amount will be debited immediately.

Why IDeal?

  • Payment via internet banking is ideal, so it is familiar and safe.
  • You can pay immediately with Ideal, you do not have to register, download files or create an account.
  • You can use Ideal directly if you have internet banking with ABN AMRO (incl. Fortis bank NL), ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio and Triodos Bank.
  • Ideal is easy and quick to use, all payment details are entered for you and you will be immediately informed of the successful payment.
  • You keep constant control and overview of your payment, the Ideal payment is immediately processed and visible in your account statement.

To order

The ordering process is briefly outlined here:

  • Choose your product and add it to your Shopping Cart.
  • To finally place your order, you must click on “checkout” and pay via Ideal. Fill in the details and click next.
  • You do not need to create an account for your order. Using cookies, your PC remembers the data for next time.
  • After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation from Theebrouwerij.
  • After receipt of payment, your order will be delivered within 5 working days.

Gift service

Is your package a gift? We will be happy to festively wrap the package for you for €0.50. During the ordering process, enter the message you want to put on the gift card. Under the shipping methods, choose the option to send in gift wrapping. Do you want to send the package directly to the recipient? Then you enter a different delivery address.

Privacy
